This purpose built complex features a national training facility and an exhibition space dedicated to the techniques and materials needed to refurbish our housing stock to the highest modern standards.

CoRE is pioneered by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, partnered by the Building Research Establishment (BRE), and high profile skills providers, manufacturers and contractors who recognise the important role this site has to play in the modern construction agenda.

The collective power and knowledge of CoRE’s partners is seen as vital to ensuring the industry is equipped and able to meet future construction needs.
